Potluck, RSF Night, and Sunday Service

POTLUCK – 5:45pm @ Dana House
We’ll begin the night with dinner at Dana House. If you’re able to help make something for potluck, please contact Michelle (truong23 [at] gmail [dot] com). Otherwise, the rest of you might be enlisted asked to make certain dishes, so stay tuned for that. After the potluck, we’ll be having…

GTS – 7pm @ First Pres
Just FYI, there’s no praise time this week, so please come at 7pm sharp. For those taking Course, we’re now on Week 7! The end is near! (But, of course, you all know this already.)
Afterwards, all of Kairos will be joining Koinonia for…

Yes, we’ll have fun with our church-made games specifically designed to be played en masse. Many of you have been to Kleeburger Night (and only a few to RSF Night), so it’s very similar to that. So come on out. For Northend! For Glory!

SWS – 11:30am @ Willard Middle School
Time and place should be drilled into your heads by now, but here’s something  you might not know: Andy Tung will be preaching on the pulpit this Sunday! Not that this should be the sole reason for coming out, but thought y’all would like to know.

Best of April

This sure has been a packed month, hasn’t it? Can you believe that we had G-Live at the beginning of April? It felt like eons ago for me, personally. Anyways, in case you’ve missed some posts on our site:

Finally, there are two albums I’d like to highlight. First is the pictures from our Kairos trip to Cordonices Park; the other includes pictures from Easter Sunday at Gracepoint Fellowship Church. Here are a few photos from each set:

haha, wow, G-live does seem like a while ago, but still I have the memories… ahh , cherished memories.

Potluck at d-house, look forward to it. I’m reading the menu and boy does it sound good, but we’ll still need a lot of help to make the meal truly amazing! I’ll be going to costco tomorrow so please let me know if you’d like to help out.

haha, Andy Tung is on the pulpit this week, it’s been a while since he’s preached, but it’ll be good to hear him talk since we really haven’t had bible study all semester.

Yay, I am excited about the potluck dinner this friday and all the good food we will be enjoying! Let’s see who will make the yummiest dish 🙂 Also, it’s not too late to volunteer to cook a dish and blow us away with your amazing cooking skills—just let me know and I will add you to the sign up! 🙂

although having the yummiest food and can blow people away is nice, but be sure to enjoy the fellowship time cooking together and not get mad at a freshman when he messes up!
So no pressure! If you bring really bad food, we’ll only ridicule you and disallow you to eat anything but your own dish. Cook with a light heart!

RSF Night!!! plx be careful of the Kairos2 curse and protect your knees!

now that you’ve posted about the curse, all the knocking on wood in the world is not enough to be able to ward off the curse, good job Johnny T_T

on another note, it’s okay if you can’t cook well…. Johnny is just being mean by saying freshman can’t cook… I’m sure they can, right? Anyways, show us what you got and blow us away… it’s not too late to get plugged in and help make some of the most scrumptious food ever known to man

We are with a2f, but koinonia might join us because of the rain.

Hey regarding this supposed curse, I would like to clear our name by pointing out that all the ppl with knee problems all had it before they started to come to Kairos. Therefore, our group is just really friendly to ppl with knee problems 🙂
